Welcome to the Accord Group

The Accord Group is a family of 7 organisations which work together to provide 11,000 homes and a range of services, including Care & Support, to 40,000 people across the Midlands and beyond.

We are one of the largest housing organisations in the Midlands, with an annual turnover of £60m and employing 1,350 people. Our aim is to be the greenest housing organisation in the country.

The Accord Group includes Accord, Ashram, Caldmore and Moseley & District housing associations and bchs, Fry Housing Trust and Redditch Co-operative Homes. The Group is not-for-profit.
