We are committed to providing safe and healthy working environments for our colleagues. We also take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, contractors, visitors, members of the general public, and others affected by our activities across our communities.

To achieve this, we:

  • Keep our health and safety policy, risk assessments, and related documents up to date
  • Ensure that these documents are easily accessible to everyone who needs them
  • Provide and maintain safe equipment and workspaces
  • Offer necessary information, training, and supervision to ensure everyone's health and safety
  • Encourage communication and collaboration among colleagues on health and safety matters through various channels
  • Actively promote colleague involvement to build a positive safety culture
  • Thoroughly investigate accidents and near misses to prevent future occurrences
  • Allocate enough resources to manage health and safety risks across our operations
  • Continually improve our health and safety performance.
