Individual bedrooms with comprehensive shared facilities allow residents independence, dignity and privacy, while dedicated, qualified staff are on site around the clock to provide care and assist residents to develop a variety of life skills. Trittiford Road’s location in Yardley Wood is ideal for encouraging residents to participate in their local community as far as possible with the support of dedicated staff.

Getting a placement
Referrals can be made by Birmingham Council or by contacting the scheme directly. Admissions are planned with the service user and their family, carers and associated professionals. Information obtained helps to form an initial care and support plan, which is regularly reviewed and amended. Placements are funded by the Birmingham East and North PCT Joint Commissioners with an assessed contribution paid by each service user.
